The ground floor of this lovely Italian farmhouse was once animal stalls, separated by brick arches. The animal stalls are no more, but the brick arches remain and create lovely, open plan living areas with fireplace and dining room. You enter the ground floor through the open plan country kitchen, with central table, which has a really sociable feel and is well equipped. From the kitchen you go through to the living areas. The internal stairs go up from the kitchen to the 4 double bedrooms on the first floor which are accessed from the central corridor. The larger bedrooms at each end have ensuite bathrooms, whilst the other 2 double rooms share a communal bathroom on the landing. The main bedroom suite has a large balcony overlooking the land and enjoying great views towards Lake Trasimeno to the south.
